(based on experience and shift differentials)

Per Diem | 4 Shifts per Month
Requirements: 2 weekend shifts per month, 1 summer and 1 winter holiday.

+ PICK UP PAY: $3/hour FOR WEEKDAYS AND $5/hour FOR WEEKENDS

Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements:

• Current and valid CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position as outlined in the job description.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred, with the ability to learn and use computer applications relevant to job duties.

What you'll do as a CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Provide compassionate support with activities of daily living-including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, and feeding-while respecting each resident's dignity and following their individualized plan of care.
• Complete daily assignments thoroughly and promptly, including additional tasks such as wheelchair cleaning and delivering refreshments.
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident conditions or behavior to the team leader.
• Conduct yourself professionally, following common courtesy, delivering great customer service, and sticking to the Three Pillars Standards of Conduct.
