Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per week and includes accommodation for foreign candidates. Responsibilities Develop project plans and timelines ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget Manage and coordinate contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work is completed according to project specifications Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements Communicate with clients architects engineers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress Prepare and submit project reports including budget updates progress reports and any issues or concerns that may arise Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project Train and supervise construction workers to maintain high-quality standards Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Biometric passport for foreign candidates If you are a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering quality projects on time and within budget then this is the perfect opportunity for you #J-18808-Ljbffr
