In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across SAS to uncover opportunities, streamline processes, and deliver innovative solutions that transform how we work. If you're energized by connecting strategy to execution, building strong partnerships, and delivering lasting business value, this is an opportunity to make an impact on a truly enterprise scale.As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you will: Develop a deep understanding of enterprise and organizational systems, processes, and workflows.Serve as an internal consultant and liaison between the business and technical community to foster collaboration, clear and transparent communication to ensure mutually beneficial solutions and work to build deep relationships and trust with the business and partnersAnalyze and document current‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future‑state recommendations to contribute to the Enterprise Technologies product roadmapCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.Use a variety of techniques and tools to capture business requirements while partnering with internal business units to support successful delivery of enterprise and organizational objectives.Engage in the end-to-end project lifecycle by leading requirement gathering sessions and workshops to develop and implement enterprise business applications and services.Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability. These are our values and influence everything we do.Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, systems documentation, and requirements elicitation.Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, preferably Information Systems or a related discipline.Ability to establish trusted partnerships and influence outcomes across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences.High-performing contributor with strong execution discipline to drive multiple initiatives forward concurrently.Ability to communicate complex topics visually and verbally to accelerate shared understanding and decision‑making.Credible change agent who identifies opportunities for improvement and helps the organization successfully navigate transformation.Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be consideredPreferred qualifications Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirementsExperience working in/with Marketplace, Finance, Human Resources and/or Consulting business units would be an assetExperience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience with using Atlassian Jira for business requirement development and project managementExperience with ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft O365Experience with acting as a trusted advisor on large, enterprise scale projectsExperience with preparing and delivering executive communications for enterprise scale projectsWorld-class benefits Highlights include...Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental and vision plans.
