Senior Security Manager

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Manager of Security Engineering will lead multiple security engineering teams, develop strategic roadmaps, and oversee the design and operation of enterprise security platforms in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop high-performing security engineering teams, establishing vision and accountability mechanisms Define and execute multi-year security engineering strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements Oversee the design and implementation of security platforms, ensuring operational excellence and risk management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale production systems Proven leadership experience in security engineering or closely related disciplines Strong background in coding, system integration, and automation Experience evaluating and implementing enterprise security technologies
