Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Epic)

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor & Delivery unit on night shift
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout all patient encounters
• Support and participate in an Epic EMR conversion and backfill initiative
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective maternal and neonatal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
• Current, hands-on Epic EMR experience is required
• Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
• Documented work history must include the charting system(s) used at each position; if multiple EMR systems were used at a single employer, date ranges for each system must be provided
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as a direct employee of an organization
• Confirmed availability for the firm start date with no time-off requests (RTO not permitted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience supporting or working through an EMR conversion project
• Strong familiarity with Labor & Delivery workflows within Epic
