Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and crafting individualized care strategies.
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health issues collaboratively with physicians or independently (based on your credentials).
• Providing education to patients and their families about prevention, wellness, and management of diseases.
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your practice scope.

Qualifications and Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Graduation from an accredited NP program.

Essential Certifications

• A current Nurse Practitioner license in Washington state.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a comparable specialty.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
