Environmental Project Manager ️Lead Environmental Projects. Build Client Partnerships. Deliver Remediation Excellence.Pay: $90,000 – $120,000 per yearPosition Type: Full-Time, ExemptLocation: Rocky Mountain RegionTravel: Occasional regional travel to project and client sitesReports To: Program Leadership / Engineering & Consulting ManagementThe RoleThe Project Manager is a key member of Tasman’s Engineering & Consulting team, providing full client and project management support for oil and gas remediation and construction projects throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.This role supports established client programs while helping identify, scope, and develop future opportunities. The ideal candidate is an organized, safety-focused leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships, delivering quality work, and supporting project teams from planning through completion.What You’ll Be DoingProject & Client ManagementManage multiple remediation and construction projects from initiation through completionServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholdersSupport existing projects while proactively identifying, scoping, and costing new opportunitiesExecute projects within established regulatory frameworks, SOPs, budgets, and schedulesPrepare and submit project deliverables to regulatory agencies and clientsTeam Leadership & CollaborationBuild and manage dedicated project teams to meet project and client requirementsCoordinate with Tasman technical resource groups to secure expertise and project supportCollaborate closely with Tasman Construction teams for construction-focused project executionHire, train, mentor, and manage project personnel as neededFoster a culture of continuous improvement and professional developmentFinancial & Administrative OversightTrack project budgets, accruals, and cash flow forecastsReview and submit invoices and project financial documentationMonitor project performance against budget and schedule targetsSupport operational and financial decision-making through project reportingSafety & Regulatory ComplianceAttend client-sponsored safety meetingsEnsure project teams comply with client and Tasman health and safety requirementsMonitor changes in client procedures, regulatory requirements, and training expectationsCommunicate updates and requirements to project personnelPromote and maintain a strong safety culture across all projectsWhat You BringRequired6+ years of related industry experienceProven project management experience, preferably in environmental consulting, remediation, or field-related disciplinesStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication, client management, and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with field equipment and material managementStrong understanding of SOPs, project execution requirements, and health & safety regulationsDemonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team membersValid driver's licenseAuthorization to work in the United StatesPreferredBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldOil & Gas remediation experienceExperience working with environmental regulations in the Rocky Mountain RegionWork EnvironmentThis position operates primarily in a professional office environment with periodic field responsibilities.Office & Field Conditions:Fast-paced project management environmentCollaboration with technical, construction, and client teamsOccasional travel to active project sites and client locationsExposure to varying weather conditions during field visitsPhysical Requirements:Light to medium physical requirements (up to 25 pounds)Occasional standing, walking, and travelRegular computer and office equipment usageScheduleFull-timeMonday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Occasional overtime based on project demandsRequired Education & ExperienceMinimum of 6 years of related industry experienceProven environmental, remediation, construction, or project management backgroundWork AuthorizationMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust possess a valid driver's licenseBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match (up to 4%)Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid time off (PTO)Paid sick timeCompany-sponsored paid holidaysTuition reimbursementSafety equipment providedEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company Bonus ProgramWhy Join Tasman?At Tasman Inc, we deliver environmental, construction, and consulting solutions with a strong commitment to safety, integrity, and excellence.
