Piping Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement Proficient in making equipment layouts, good understanding on equipment Operation/maintenance needs and construction requirements - in Plant Engineering. Studying all types of drawings (GAD, P&ID, Isometrics, Vendor Drawings and Support Detail Drawings) & specification of the job in advance and listing down the scope of work. Lead projects as mechanical Lead entailing man-hour estimation, delivery schedules, input analysis, design reviews, model reviews, MTO, 2D drawing checks, quality checks, discussions with client and other departments, site queries and so on Should have experience on clean design standards/requirements. Manage projects allocation for team and ensure resources are trained for the project Need. Have awareness on end to end of FMCG production process starting from RM dock till FG dock. Should have awareness on 3D modelling tools like Navis Works, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Solid works, Inventor etc.... Mechanical engineering professional, accompanied with better communication and analytical skill, engineering knowledge supported by strong academic record with professional experience in Piping and Utility design. Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering. Makes decisions independently concerning problems within the discipline on the project. Represents the discipline on the project and with the client to resolve technical questions and as required to coordinate work. Proficient in making piping arrangement/layouts, preparing isometric drawings, and conducting nozzle orientation & equipment layout study. Experienced with International Codes & Standards as well as Material Specification and Valve Data Sheet. Knowledge on Piping standards - ASME B-31.3, BPE etc... , Studying all types of drawings (GAD, P&ID, Isometrics, Vendor Drawings and Support Detail Drawings) & specification of the job in advance and listing down the scope of work.
