Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs Supervise and mentor behavior technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families Remote Work Flexibility Working from home Remote treatment planning and documentation Telehealth family guidance and caregiver coaching Virtual collaboration with BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams Flexible scheduling that supports work‑life balance Clinical Support & Collaboration We know BCBAs do their best work when they have strong clinical support.
