Job Summary

Care the Wright Way is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for a permanent full-time weekday client in Gwinnett, GA .

This is an immediate opening for a caregiver who is reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow the client’s care plan

Qualifications

• Valid PCA or CNA certification (preferred, if applicable)
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Previous home care experience is preferred but not required
