Mosquito Technician


Position Summary


The Seasonal Mosquito Technician is responsible for performing routine mosquito control treatments at customer homes throughout the mosquito season. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality exterior treatments while providing a professional and positive customer experience.


Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled mosquito control treatments at residential customer locations in accordance with company procedures and training, while following assigned daily routes and service schedules.

• Apply mosquito control products safely and effectively to exterior areas of customer properties.

• Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers and address basic service-related questions.

• Maintain accurate service records, service tickets, and system entries, submitting all documentation on time.

• Conduct daily check-outs with management as required before completing the final stop of the day.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning company vehicle in accordance with company standards.

• Attend required meetings and complete all assigned training, including Pest Web Training.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.

• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $17.00 - $19.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
