Scaffold Crew Member

Contractors Access Equipment is hiring Scaffold Crew Members to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for the assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures across commercial and industrial job sites. Job Responsibilities : Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards Transport and organize scaffold materials and equipment on job sites Inspect scaffold components for damage or defects before and after use Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times Work alongside Foremen and crew leads to meet project deadlines Load and unload equipment from company vehicles as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area on site Job Requirements : No exaggerated fear of heights — comfort working at elevated levels is essential Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn scaffold assembly techniques on the job Valid driver’s license preferred Ability to lift and handle heavy materials Prior experience in scaffolding, construction, or a labor-intensive trade is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Contractorsaccess
