Custodial ServicesPerform custodial services in and around campus buildings and facilities following established procedures. Please ensure you include all information on your application which you wish to be considered.Minimum Qualifications:This level requires an equivalency of two (2) years of full-time work experience related to the essential functions and duties of the position listed above.--OR--An Associate's Degree in General Studies or any related associate level degree.Preferred Qualifications:One (1) year of professional level custodial experience.Core Competencies:Ability to use specialized and common hand and power toolsKnowledge of maintenance and operationsMust be able to work independently and problem solve issuesKnowledge of basic sanitation principles and equipment; chemicals and their usage.
