Associate Dentist – Stafford, VA Join a high-volume, tech-forward practice where you can take your clinical skills to the next level. You will have the patients, the technology, and the support to excel. The Opportunity Location: Stafford, VA (22554) – Just 45 miles south of D.C. Schedule: 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday). Support: Work alongside two experienced dentists. Patient Base: Established schedule; primarily PPO/Cash with ~20% Medicaid. Implants: Freedom to place implants immediately or with support as you learn. Invisalign Compensation & Benefits Earnings: Realistic production potential of $60K–$100K/month . Pay Structure: 30% of Collections (W2) or 35% (1099). No Lab Fees: The office covers all lab deductions (except Invisalign cases). Guarantee: Initial daily guarantee is negotiable.
