HireQuest Northwest is looking for an ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to help lead our Kent branch. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside experienced leaders while developing the skills to eventually run your own branch.

No two days are the same. One day you might be meeting with clients, the next you're recruiting employees, coaching your team, solving staffing challenges, or helping grow the business.

What You'll Do

This role combines leadership, sales, recruiting, customer service, and operations.

You'll partner with branch leadership to:

Grow the Business
Build relationships with local businesses
Make sales calls and visit prospective clients
Help expand existing customer accounts
Support business development initiatives

Lead the Team
Coach and support employees
Help maintain a positive, accountable culture

Assist with hiring and onboarding
Step into leadership responsibilities when needed
Keep the Branch Running
Coordinate staffing and dispatch
Support customers and employees
Solve problems quickly
Help ensure the branch operates efficiently every day

Recruit Great People
Interview and onboard new employees
Match candidates with job opportunities
Build recruiting pipelines
Participate in community outreach and hiring events

Experience in staffing is helpful but not required.

Candidates with backgrounds in retail management, hospitality, banking, recruiting, customer service, operations, or business development are encouraged to apply.
