Antitrust Transactional Attorney

Midlevel Antitrust Transactional Associate - New York or Washington, DC Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a midlevel antitrust associate in New York or Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $435k. Qualifications 2-5 years of transactional antitrust experience with law firm or U.S. agency experience. Experience with HSR, deal counseling and contract negotiation, dataroom management, and all aspects of merger investigations (including Second Request compliance) before the FTC, the DOJ and other enforcement agencies. Some experience with merger control and foreign direct investments. Other substantive antitrust compliance counseling work and antitrust litigation outside of the transactional area is preferred but not required. Excellent academic credentials and research skills.
