Assistant, Legal Talent Management

Overview At Norton Rose Fulbright, the Legal Talent Management team supports lawyers across all US offices. The Assistant provides administrative support for LTM functions, assisting coordinators, managers, and the Chief People & Development Officer on matters related to LTM. Responsibilities Assist with scheduling meetings and booking travel for the LTM team. Compose, update, and maintain spreadsheets, documents, template forms and communications. Organize and submit expenses through the online system, track and process all team expenses and reconcile charges and reimbursements. Support data management for arrivals/departures, compensation, evaluation, resource management, retention, and other research projects. Assist with event planning for firm functions. Support departmental projects and provide assistance to Senior Managers/Managers as needed. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternatively 4 years of professional experience, preferably at a law firm or professional services environment. Professionalism, personal integrity, high confidentiality and discretion. Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills. High proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; experience with PowerPoint and Excel an advantage. Good judgment, accountability and the ability to deliver high‑quality work. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to adapt in an ever‑changing environment and prioritize effectively. Confidence interacting with all levels of the organization. Reliable, flexible and a can‑do attitude.
