Schedule Details:
Clinic coverage needed 3 days per week

Flexible scheduling Monday-Friday

Candidates must disclose the number of shifts they can provide per month on an ongoing basis.

Reason for Coverage:
Physician departure

Practice Setting:
Outpatient Gastroenterology Clinic

Level III Trauma Center

Patient Population:
Adults

Patient Volume:
Approximately 15 patients per day

Facility Details:
1-bed outpatient facility

Support Staff:

Medical Assistant
LPN/LVN

Responsibilities:
Clinic-based Gastroenterology patient care

No procedures listed

EMR:
EPIC

Required Training:

EPIC learning modules must be completed prior to virtual training
Virtual EPIC training must be completed before the first day of coverage
Training must be completed at least one week before assignment start
First-day details will not be released until all required training is completed

Requirements:

Board Certified ANCC or AANP - Required for Nurse Practitioners
Board Certified NCCPA - Required for Physician Assistants
Active Colorado License or Compact License - Required
Active DEA - Highly Preferred and required for credentialing
Physician Assistants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and be able to practice independently - Required
Local or drive-in candidates highly preferred
Must disclose ongoing monthly availability
