One Medical seeks a per diem clinician to see patients across multiple Chicago locations, including Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, the Loop, Fulton Market and River North. You will provide in-person and occasional tele-health care in a fast-paced primary care setting. Requirements include at least 2 years of primary care experience and current Illinois licensure or ability to obtain it. Board certification is expected; per diems include malpractice coverage and access to One Medical tools and #J-18808-Ljbffr One Medical
