BrightCare HomeCare is a leading provider of home care services in Louisiana, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver (Full-Time) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver (Full-Time), you will be responsible for providing personalized care services to our clients, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with mobility and transfers
  • Providing companionship and social interaction
  • Managing medication and treatments
  • Maintaining a safe and clean living environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for each client
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients, tailoring services to their unique needs and preferences
  • Monitor and report on client condition, progress, and any changes or concerns
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and care

Requirements:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a certification program in home care, nursing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
