SERVICE SCHEDULER

Service Scheduler
Tom Gill Chevrolet is in need of a part-time Business Development Center (BDC) Representative at our Florence, KY location. The BDC Representative manages inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and text. Their main goal is to convert leads into confirmed showroom or service appointments for the sales and floor teams rather than closing deals in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer Inbound Inquiries: Respond quickly to phone calls, website leads, and chat messages regarding product availability, pricing, and basic details.
- Execute Outbound Follow-Ups: Contact unsold prospects, online leads, and past customers using structured communication sequences.
- Book & Confirm Appointments: Schedule showroom or service visits and run reminder calls to reduce no-show rates.
- Update CRM Systems: Log accurate customer data, notes, and interaction histories after every call or message.
- Hand Off Clients: Introduce confirmed appointments to the floor sales or service team for
Qualifications
Communication Skills: Clear, confident phone voice and professional written communication for emails and texts.
Tech Literacy: Comfort using computer systems, multi-line phone tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service, telemarketing, or dealership experience is a strong plus.
Work Ethic: High energy, strong multi-tasking skills, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
