Asset Management Analyst
Real Estate Talent Solutions, Inc.
RETS Associates has been retained by a large real estate investment firm to search for an Asset Management Analyst in San Francisco, CA . The analyst will support 3 senior level asset managers across all asset types. This is an opportunity to learn and grow within the firm.
Role:- Financial modeling and analysis- Refinancing and disposition transactions, Investment valuations and return projections, Comparable sale / company analysis.
- Conducting strategic asset reviews and contributing to investment strategies/business plans
- Leasing analysis.
- Drafting of memoranda for internal and external uses.
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate asset management, valuations or real estate consulting
- Strong understanding of IRR, NPV and other calculations required
