Job Description:
The client is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to own end-to-end organic social strategy, influencer and UGC programs, and the customer review/SEO program, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable pipeline impact.

ob Summary
• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit, aligned with brand standards and business priorities.
• Create and publish high-quality, platform-native content with a strong emphasis on short-form and long-form video, Reels, UGC, and influencer content, including hands-on filming and editing.
• Build and manage influencer and UGC programs, including creator vetting, briefing, content review, and amplification across channels.
• Own the customer review and local SEO program, partnering with customer-facing teams and field employees to drive review generation and employee advocacy.
• Manage community engagement across social platforms and third-party review sites, responding to customer feedback and escalating sensitive issues as needed.
• Analyze organic performance using Sprout Social, GA4, and platform-native analytics to optimize content strategy, engagement, and lead conversion.
• Support executive LinkedIn ghostwriting and collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Performance Marketing, Content, and Customer Experience teams.

Minimum Requirements:
• 4-7+ years of experience in social media management, with demonstrated ability to independently lead the social function and drive results across multiple platforms.
• Strong Instagram expertise with a personal or professionally managed portfolio showcasing Reels, UGC, influencer content, cohesive branding, and dynamic visual presence (not primarily static imagery).
• Hands-on content creator proficient in Canva and CapCut, comfortable filming and editing video on a phone and appearing on camera.
• Proven experience with short-form video, UGC programs, influencer marketing, and organic content strategy tied to lead generation and business outcomes.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social (or comparable social management platform) and GA4 for performance tracking and optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect social performance to website traffic, lead quality, and revenue contribution.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing social media for a large, recognizable consumer or lifestyle brand with a strong Instagram presence.
• Background in B2B social media or experience translating complex products and services into engaging, platform-native content.
• Familiarity with local SEO, customer review platforms (Google Business Profiles, Trustpilot, BBB), and employee advocacy programs.
• Experience supporting SEO and AI-driven discoverability through organic social signals, brand mentions, and content amplification.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
