Product Manager

We're looking for an early-career Product Manager who wants to take ownership of meaningful products, work alongside experienced product leaders, and help shape experiences used by thousands of customers. This is an opportunity for someone who's naturally curious, commercially minded, and excited to solve customer problems rather than simply manage backlogs. What You'll Do Own features and product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, and senior Product leaders to deliver high-impact solutions. Speak directly with customers and internal users to understand pain points and validate product decisions. Analyze customer behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Prioritize work based on customer value and business impact. Help define product strategy while contributing ideas that improve customer outcomes and business performance. Continuously measure, learn, and iterate based on real customer feedback. What We're Looking For We're less interested in where you've worked and more interested in how you think. You might be a great fit if you have: 2–5 years of Product Management experience, or experience in Product Analytics, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Product Strategy with clear ownership of product initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. The confidence to make decisions using data and customer insight. Experience working closely with engineers and designers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority. Nice to Have Fintech, payments, lending, ecommerce, marketplace, or consumer product experience. Exposure to SQL, product analytics tools, or experimentation. Experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company.
