The Project Manager will coordinate with customers, crews, suppliers, and office staff to deliver efficient and professional results that uphold the company’s reputation for honesty, craftsmanship, and caring service.**Position Type** Full Time## Responsibilities of Role* Manage and oversee multiple roofing and exterior construction projects simultaneously* Coordinate scheduling of crews, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion* Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, and Dingers’ internal team* Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards* Track project progress, address issues proactively, and communicate updates with management and clients* Review project estimates, contracts, and change orders for accuracy and profitability* Maintain organized project documentation and reporting throughout the job lifecycle* Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, and warranty requirements* Assist with training and supporting field staff and subcontractors as needed## Candidate Profile* Proven experience in construction or roofing project management preferred* Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities* Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance* Comfortable visiting job sites and performing roof inspections as needed* Proficient with project management tools, spreadsheets, and mobile communication* Professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members* Demonstrates attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to Dingers’ standard of excellence## Job LocationWichita, KS and surrounding communities### About Our CompanyDingers Roofing & Construction is a roofing and exterior construction contractor serving the Wichita, KS area.
