This position is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles without damage while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.Rewards for Car Hauler/Rollback Driver:Weekly salary + excellent commission planTotal annual compensation of $75k - $100kFull benefitsMatching 401(k)Paid holidaysPaid time offMonday - Friday scheduleResponsibilities of the Car Hauler/Rollback Driver:Safely operate 4 car rollback and/or car hauler equipment in compliance with DOT and company regulationsLoad and unload vehicles safely, ensuring they are free from damageUnderstand and properly handle vehicles with various transmission types (automatic, manual, electric, etc.)Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipmentMaintain and complete daily logs, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately and timelyManage and obtain proper proof of delivery and customer documentationEnsure equipment is maintained in good operating condition and report maintenance concerns promptlyAlways follow all company safety policies and road regulationsSupport daily operational needs and complete other tasks as assigned by managementWork Hours for the Car Hauler/Rollback Driver:Monday - FridaySchedule may vary between 7am - 9pmOccasional Saturday as neededRequirements:Requirements for the Car Hauler/Rollback Driver:High School diploma or equivalentValid Class A CDLRollback or flatbed experience is requiredMust be at least 21 years of ageClean driving recordNo DUIs within the last five (5) yearsNo serious at-fault accidentsStrong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practicesNeed to pass pre-employment screeningStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and dependableAmerica's is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
