Responsabilidades clave

Preparacin y calidad de alimentos

Prepare, cocine y ensamble alimentos con precisin y rapidez siguiendo las recetas y procedimientos de Chick-fil-A
Mantener estrictos estndares de seguridad y limpieza de alimentos
Operar y mantener de manera segura el equipo de cocina

Excelencia operativa

Cumplir con los objetivos de tiempo de servicio mientras se mantiene la calidad de los alimentos
Siga los procedimientos de porcionado y manipulacin de alimentos para reducir el desperdicio y controlar los costos
Ayudar con la reposicin y preparacin para el da
Mantenga la limpieza, la organizacin y la preparacin durante el turno.

Trabajo en equipo y desarrollo

Comunicarse de manera efectiva con compaeros de equipo y lderes
Contribuir a un entorno de equipo de apoyo y alto rendimiento
Participar en capacitacin culinaria y de liderazgo continua

Calificaciones requeridas

Se REQUIERE disponibilidad por la maana: los turnos pueden comenzar a las 5:30 a.m. y a las 6:00 a.m.
Asistencia confiable, puntual y constante
Fuerte tica de trabajo y atencin al detalle
Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno acelerado y centrado en los detalles
Orientado al equipo, adaptable y confiable
Capaz de estar de pie durante perodos prolongados y realizar tareas fsicas
