Custodial Lead: Shift Supervisor & Training Coach
Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana
A charitable organization is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee worksite operations, supervise custodial staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in custodial work with two years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include management of work schedules, addressing issues, and conducting inspections. A positive role model for employees, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work flexible hours.
