Financial Assistant

We are partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing company backed by a global parent company seeking a Financial Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of core finance operations. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable processes, supporting month-end close activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth operation of key financial processes. Working closely with the Financial Manager, internal teams, and external partners, the Financial Assistant will help drive accurate reporting, maintain compliance, and support the company’s continued growth through efficient and reliable financial operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit control Process accounts payable, including invoices, coding, approvals, and payments Maintain accurate customer and vendor records and resolve discrepancies Process employee expense reports and reconcile credit card transactions Support month-end close, including reconciliations and reporting tasks Perform daily bank postings and assist with monthly reconciliations Support external accountants/auditors with documentation and reporting Assist with internal controls, compliance, and process improvements Provide general finance and administrative support as needed QUALIFICATIONS 1–3+ years of finance or accounting experience Experience with AR/AP and basic bookkeepingi> Understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience preferred Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset For confidential consideration, please email View email address on click.appcast.io or apply directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
