AI Engineer

Analytica is seeking an AI Engineer to support the development of scalable AI applications, text analytics pipelines, and agentic AI solutions that improve taxpayer service, compliance, and internal operational efficiency. This candidate will contribute to the design, development, evaluation, and operationalization of advanced NLP and Generative AI solutions.Analytica has been recognized by Inc. The company offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.    Key Responsibilities:Develop and enhance NLP and text analytics capabilities supporting document classification, topic modeling, text clustering, summarization, information extraction, and named entity recognition.Support integration of NLP capabilities with enterprise datasets, analytical platforms, and operational systems.Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled applications using modern software development practices.Develop front-end user interfaces utilizing JavaScript frameworks and libraries.Build and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing software applications, analytics solutions, or AI/ML systems.Experience with Python application development.Experience developing APIs and backend services using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.Experience with front-end development using JavaScript and modern web technologies.Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Haystack, AutoGen, or similar platforms.Active IRS MBI Clearance Required.About Analytica: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
