About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Lead Therapist (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care and supporting our mission to improve mental health outcomes. You will play a key role in assessing patients, delivering therapy, and supporting both individuals and groups to help them achieve their goals. Consistent achievement of performance goals, including quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Qualifications Active licensure as a licensed therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in higher levels of care (PHP/IOP, inpatient, psychiatric emergency rooms, or residential settings preferred; PCP IBH or FQHC settings considered).
Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, with confidence using evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, and ACT.
Proficiency in Google applications and willingness to learn department-specific software (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Electronic Health Record systems). Why Join Overstory Health?
