At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation is $48.00-$61.00 + $1,500.00 Sign On FT Nurses. Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities include providing skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients, developing and following individualized care plans, accurately documenting patient care, observations, and updates, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, and maintaining compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include a current RN license in the state of WA, current CPR certification, a valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle, home health experience preferred but not required, and passing pre-employment screenings.
