Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:- Meet with motivated home buyers and guide them through the purchase process
- Help clients identify homes that match their needs and budget
- Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems
- Follow proven systems to convert appointments into closed deals
- Host open houses with provided leads and traffic
- Deliver exceptional service that generates referrals and repeat business
- Stay organized with scheduling, pipeline, and follow-up
- Participate in weekly training and team coaching
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, driven, and results-focused
- Comfortable using technology and CRM tools
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
