Automotive Parts Driver

Schlossmann Subaru City Of Milwaukee, a leading automotive dealership in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Automotive Parts Driver to join our team. This position is a crucial role in our dealership, responsible for delivering automotive parts to vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive parts, excellent customer service skills, and a valid driver's license. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time hourly position with a starting compensation of $18 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver automotive parts to customers and vendors in a timely manner
• Load and unload parts onto the company vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing for safe transport
• Check and verify parts against invoices and order sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries
• Collect payments for COD orders and maintain proper records of transactions
• Keep a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including regular maintenance and inspections
• Provide exceptional customer service when delivering parts, including answering any questions or concerns
• Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves when not delivering parts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in the automotive industry and a strong knowledge of automotive parts
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or concerns
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer skills
