Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - San Diego, CA

Setting: Healthcare Facility
Schedule/Shift: Sun-Thurs, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Term: Per Diem
Pay Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate

Astrya Global, a San Diego-based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a healthcare facility in San Diego, CA. This is a per diem locum tenens contract with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under supervision, ensuring the highest quality of care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
Monitor patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with patient education and support for families and caregivers.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in California.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
