• Hours: 9am-5pm with occasional on-call duties (every 6-8 weekends

Role Overview:

As a Hospice RN, you'll be entrusted with patient assignments from the Hospice Operations Leader, focusing on delivering exceptional care through effective communication. You'll play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, coordinating with physicians, hospice staff, and other agencies. Regular communication with the Hospice Operations Leader and attending physicians will be key to your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise patient records to ensure high-quality care.
• Uphold the hospice philosophy with your experience and dedication.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Illinois.
• BSN is a plus.
• Proof of auto insurance covering bodily injury and property damage.
