Sr Social Media Manager

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is partnering with a growing consumer brand in the Broomfield area to identify a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager who can elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and expand audience reach across key social channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on social media professional who thrives at the intersection of content, storytelling, community building, and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience developing social strategies, managing agency relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and building impactful creator programs that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the brand's social media strategy across existing and emerging platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Partner with and manage external agencies to ensure high-quality content execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and oversee the social content calendar, collaborating with creative, brand, and marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and key business priorities.
• Manage content publishing workflows, including scheduling, approvals, and distribution across social channels.
• Analyze social media performance, monitor KPIs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness.
• Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform opportunities, adjusting content strategies as needed to maximize relevance and reach.
• Foster audience engagement through community management, social interaction, partnership outreach, and brand advocacy initiatives.
• Lead the company's influencer marketing efforts, including creator identification, relationship management, campaign execution, budget management, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, partnerships, editorial, events, and commercial teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling social media presence.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience leading social media strategy for a consumer-facing brand.
• Proven success driving audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness through organic social media initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and evolving social media best practices.
• Experience managing agencies and partnering effectively with internal marketing, content, and creative teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate social media performance and leverage data to optimize content and campaign strategies.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, including creator sourcing, campaign management, budget oversight, and ROI measurement.
• Proficiency with social media management and publishing platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

• Experience working with lifestyle, retail, consumer products, outdoor, apparel, or e-commerce brands.
