Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist located in Mesa, AZ. The role involves conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, developing and fitting customized hearing aids, and providing ongoing support to patients. The specialist will educate patients about their hearing health, troubleshoot issues with hearing devices, and ensure optimal performance and satisfaction. Collaboration with the clinical team to deliver outstanding care and service is a key focus for this role. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting comprehensive hearing assessments and audiometric evaluations Skills in fitting, programming, and adjusting hearing instruments Strong communication and counseling skills to educate and support patients Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hearing device issues Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Must hold an active Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist license in AZ Experience with electronic health records and documentation is beneficial Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Compensation Compensation is competitive and will be determined by the independently owned franchise location.
