Senior Design Quality Engineer (Hybrid)

Stryker seeks a Senior Design Quality Engineer for its Neurovascular division in a hybrid role based in California or Utah. The position involves product risk management, design control, post-market surveillance, and quality improvement across the device lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop qualification plans, protocols, and reports for products and components
- Execute product testing, inspection, verification, and validation activities
- Perform failure investigations and root cause analyses for improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain risk management documentation throughout product lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality teams on compliance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years in engineering, quality engineering, or manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency with structured problem-solving methodologies and quality improvement tools
- Experience supporting product testing, validation, verification, or risk management
- Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of design controls, risk management, and quality system requirements preferred
Compensation: $81,600-$136,000 USD Annual (US5) or $101,000-$168,400 USD Annual (US30)
