Job Title LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) – Donation Center Job Overview Perform physical examination and establish medical history to determine donor suitability. Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Ensure donor and staff confidentiality. Educate donors on health and potential hazards, provide counseling regarding unacceptable test results. Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events. Perform evaluations of any history of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitability. Assist in employee training and administer employee Hepatitis Vaccine program. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay ($32–$35 per hour for LPN; $48–$50 per hour for RN) Eligibility to participate in up to 4% of the company bonus pool Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holiday pay Up to 5% 401(k) match Tuition reimbursement Job Requirements & Physical Attributes Licensed or certified as an RN, LPN, or LVN in the state of employment; current CPR certification required. Work performed standing and sitting up to 2–4 hours each day. Requires bending and twisting the neck up 1–2 hours per day. Frequent hand movements; requires precise coordination and ability to manipulate small objects. Light lifting up to 15 lbs with a maximum lift of 50 lbs. Exposure to biological fluids, electrical equipment, and extreme cold below 32°F; PPE required. Requires moderate sight and hearing acuity; color perception and near vision 20/30, far vision 20/100.
