Position Duties: Assisting with creation of documents with our internal software, data entry, scheduling, and various administrative aspects of the title and closing procedures Partner with title and escrow companies to ensure correct information Update and organize documents throughout the Escrow process Providing outstanding communication and extraordinary service to homeowners, lenders, and team members. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Experience with escrow processing helpful, but not mandatory Accuracy and attention to detail Customer service oriented Ability to work under deadlines Ability to multi-task Well organized
