Supervisor of Revenue Operations (ROPS) Posting Date: 06/04/2026 Location: 000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America We are seeking an energetic Supervisor of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a revenue cycle team. This includes meeting operational metrics objectives established by leadership and directly supervising a team of 10‑25 teammates. Directly supervise a team of 10‑25 teammates, each responsible for executing on an assigned portfolio of patient accounts or medical insurance triggers Use strong problem‑solving skills to assist the team in issues within the portfolio, as well as identify and resolve areas of opportunity, collaborating with other departments as needed Understand and make decisions regarding payment trends and/or issues within the assigned portfolio Maintain key metrics, manage performance accordingly, and perform regular reviews to senior leaders Consistently communicate team goals, objectives, and progress toward those goals to both the team and direct leadership Conduct annual reviews for all assigned teammates and identify areas of opportunity for individual teammates, providing timely and ongoing coaching and development Identify personnel needs for the assigned team and ensure the team is appropriately staffed, communicating recruiting needs to leadership Maintain high engagement scores for the assigned team (>80%) Make recommendations for teammate promotions and mobility to senior leaders You are a great fit if you have: Demonstrated ability to independently think critically, identify root causes, and solve them Proven track record of leading change or operations through influence Strong presentation and executive communication skills Ability to manage for performance while simultaneously inspiring teammates History of coaching and developing teammates Minimum Qualifications: More than 2 years of related supervisory experience Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Bachelor’s Degree preferred Relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle preferred Benefits: Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out Support for you and your family: Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access to Headspace, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more Performance-based rewards based on individual and team contributions A comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance health, financial well‑being and the future Recognition of clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average Salary range: $62,353.20‑$85,000.00 per year (subject to geographic jurisdiction and exemption status) We comply with all state and federal affirmative action requirements.
