Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR)

As Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR), you will be responsible for the coverage, retention, development, and customer satisfaction of a specific group of customers within an assigned territory in Central Oregon. This individual should be ambitious and have a passion for delivering innovative product support solutions to Modern’s customers. Applicants must reside in Central Oregon due to the assigned territory for this position. Annual base salary + monthly commission. This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime pay. Develop sales forecasts and business plans for each customer Utilize the company’s CRM system to track and maintain customer records Promote growth and increase sales activity for parts and service Identify new or additional opportunities for aftermarket sales Sell service programs Perform and coordinate market and opinion surveys Provide customers with quotes related to product support Perform machine inspections and evaluations Communicate the progress of repair(s) to customer’s equipment in the shop Assist in successfully negotiating and settling customer product support disputes Execute on short and long-term goals through good management and planning The duties described above are the general nature and levels of work performed and are not intended to be a complete comprehensive list of all the duties, activities, and responsibilities required of this position. Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 5+ years of industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Nature/Scope Of Job Requires prolonged sitting with periodic lifting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, and stretching.
