Registered Nurse (RN) - Adolescent Behavioral Health Inpatient

Psych RN Adult

Contract Length: 13 weeks (if MOAB certification already held) or 18 weeks (without MOAB certification) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Implement crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Administer medications, including antipsychotics, antidepressants, and mood stabilizers.
• Manage seclusion and physical hold protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and support patients with suicidal or self-injurious behaviors.

Compliance / Notes

• Flu vaccine required; COVID vaccine optional.
• MOAB certification must be completed during orientation; failure to do so will result in contract termination.
• Requests for time off greater than 7 days need approval; no time off during the first 7 days or last day of the contract.

• No parking fee.
