You'll split your time equally between testing and delivering itinerant services, providing diverse experiences across multiple campuses. Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (MA license required)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Experience or interest in working within a school environment with K-12 students
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive with both testing and itinerant caseloads
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assessments and evaluations for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Deliver therapy interventions and support, tailored to each student's needs
• Design, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Travel between multiple school sites to offer itinerant services
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Serve as a collaborative partner with teachers, staff, and families to enable optimal student outcomes
