Your new role As a Psychologist atPeopleSense by Altiusyou will deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services, including: Diverse range of services and clients, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling, to adults, children, adolescents and couples. Onsite Attendances and Critical Incident Responses - support people at their workplace in their time of need. Private / Medicare rebated counselling. Compensation Scheme Work - support people with pain related issues, injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injury. Multidisciplinary Interventions - work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes. Psychological Assessment. Bespoke and targeted projects to address specific challenges of our customers and clients. Engage with clients in both short-term and long-term capacities, allowing you to enjoy a diverse caseload or focus more specifically on particular areas of interest. About you Psychologist with full or Provisional AHPRA Registration (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) Passionate about helping others and providing high quality therapeutic services Passionate about working with young people, particularly those aged 12 and under Experience in workers’ compensation, injury management or rehabilitation (or a strong interest in developing expertise) Full Australian working rights Ability to obtain a national police check A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle Why you will love working with us Collaborate with a dedicated team of psychologists, receiving essential debriefing support as necessary to effectively navigate urgent cases and prioritise your own well-being.
