Nursing Support Position - Hospital and Long Term Care Facility

This position requires the ability to work any shift, totaling 40 hours a week.

Job Description

This role operates within a hospital or long-term care facility, providing direct patient care through a variety of nursing support tasks. These tasks are performed in accordance with established methods and procedures. Employees may work on rotating shifts and across various care units, such as Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), medical, surgical, etc. The role may also include providing home care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established methods and procedures.
• Assist nursing staff in performing various patient care tasks across different units.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and care data.
• Support patients with daily living activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates should have relevant experience in nursing support tasks. Specific licensure or certification requirements may apply based on state regulations.
