ID: 78148280 Shift: Monday - Friday 8-hour Days Description: Clinic RN to work Monday - Friday - 8 hour days. No call. No weekends. OBGYN experience strongly preferred but not required. GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital. QUALIFICATIONS: of an accredited or state board of nursing approved. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).BLS certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date. Must have a minimum of 1 year RN work experience.Agency's, please submit the RN LicenseBLS - AHASkills Additional Information:1) RADIUS RULE: traveler's perm address must be at least 75 miles away from our facility. 2) CAPS Requirement (APPLY ASAP): *may take up to two weeks to obtain*Out of state agencies register in the system to run this as the employer. If they do not have a CO office/address, they will need to enter their real address but choose CO for the state (otherwise the registration will not save). They can then clarify in the Multiple Locations field that they are located out of state but have employees in CO.
