Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse

As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to join our team on weekends.

As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the care of our residents on weekends, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. This is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, with a focus on rehabilitation and long-term care.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality, individualized care
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Provide direct nursing care to residents, as needed
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Demonstrate a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
Utilize problem-solving skills to address resident concerns and provide emotional support

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
At least 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment
