Schedule and Benefits This position operates on a schedule of Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, with alternating Wednesdays, from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. It includes a bonus upon training completion and fully paid lunch breaks during 12-hour shifts. We value professional development and will cover costs for relevant certifications such as CompTIA, A+, Network+. Pay Range The hourly rate depends on experience and ranges from approximately $32,000 to $40,000 annually, paid hourly. Responsibilities Handle client tickets, questions, audits, remote requests, and escalate complex issues. Follow security protocols for data center access. Manage shipping and receiving procedures for equipment. Use ticketing systems to document requests and activities. Qualifications Customer service experience. Industry certifications or equivalent experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must pass pre-employment screens. Physical Demands Sitting, walking, lifting lightweight and heavy items, and physical agility to access hardware and conduct safety checks.
